Those tutorials are really helpful. Thank you for making this blog. :D The only problem is just, that it's tedious to scroll downwards or use the archive to find what you need help with. Maybe you could use some tags for specific tutorials for easy finding what you need. x3

I dont plan on taggin every single post @.@ I should change the layout of the page for easy scrolling, i know its quite heavy for regular browsing

Not a question, but I just want to say thank you for creating this blog, I feel as if I will be able to art better with the help posted on this blog. Thanks again

I learned lots from these after re’reading them before posting them here too, things are easier to draw if you have someone to explain it to you

just fucking draw. don’t compare yourself to other people, don’t stop because you drew a lot last tuesday and you haven’t visibly improved. it takes time, effort, and a lot of perseverance. besides, no matter how “bad” you think you are, there’s still gonna be someone who thinks the stuff you produce is the best goddamn thing they’ve ever seen in their entire life. the artist you were five years ago would have their mind fucking blown by the artist you are today. so just draw a fuckton, because every new thing you draw is one drawing better than you were before.

bless this post

I was going through your blog and was shocked by the amount of porn references. Ugh, that is giving a very bad image of the furry fandom by using a name like "furry art academy" with massive amounts of porn. I was trying to find useful body references of anthro anatomy, and the most I see is vags and peens, even with REAL. FUCKING. PHOTOS. UGGGH. Such academy. Wow. Furry is not all about porn, thanks k bye.

hm I am sure I put a “from this point, the rest of tutorials are for adult stuff” for your information , silly anon, all artist have a stash of porn of all varieties, to develop anatomy, light and shading, I dont know where els are you supposed to learn anatomy, from a book? sure, that works too, that book was based on the naked body of some guy sitting on a chair.

the useful refferences are on the link of that .unicorn.something that I clearly mentioned, several times.

dont blame furries, humanity is fucked up`. if you think furries are the kinky little fuckers, then you obviously are:

1. a virgin

2.someone who faps to anime (with awful anatomy most of the time)

3. an fbi agent.

P.S: kinky sex is best sex.

have fun going away

How to draw folds

Notes on how to draw folds back when I was teaching manga classes back in 2006. From the book “Drawing people” by Barbara Bradley.

http://www.amazon.com/Drawing-People-Portray-Clothed-Figure/dp/1581803591

This book has a very detailed description of 6 types of commonly seen folds and I think is one of the most educational resource on how to draw folds(Besides Vilppu and Bridgeman).

Thanks for Following us =3

A warm welcome to the new followers ^.^ and a friendly reminder (or guide for this group)

The tutorials have been posted in order of importance and learning, starting from the head, to main anatomy then coloring, then textures, then backgrounds and so on, so keep scrolling, you will find lots of sorted tutorials to help you improve those little details that makes everything special

at the very bottom you will find the adult-oriented tutorials, in case you were wondering if there are any at all. yes there are some relevant ones, again keep scrolling please  ^u^

Lets get Started with the basics that will make you enthusiastic about continuing your journey on learning art and furry art drawing.

its quite a blast, dont get discouraged if your first attempts arent how you expect them to be, we all have been there, if we were to quit from that point, this blog wouldnt even been existing in the first place. not even the tutorials.

always be happy with what you draw, and dont be afraid to erase, just dont make it an habit! polish your mistakes, not the whole drawing
